At Sophisticated Health, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health-related products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Products purchased more than 14 days after delivery

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
