At this time, Sophisticated Health ships orders within the United States and U.S. territories.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Sophisticated Health is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sophisticated Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
We also recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, leasing office, mailroom, or building management.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
